Help to buy valuations
Whether you are selling your property or redeeming your Help to Buy Equity Loan, you will need a valuation report provided by a Chartered Surveyor to supply to Homes England as part of the process. We have over 20 years’ experience of property valuation and are familiar with all the requirements of Homes England and its predecessor Target HCA.
Shared Ownership and Staircasing Valuations

We can provide valuations under the Charities act for trustees, for both residential valuations and commercial property valuations.
SIPP valuations and SSAS Valuations
We can provide valuation for properties that you hold in a SIPP or SSAS or are transferring in our out of your scheme. We can provide this for residential valuations, commercial valuations, and portfolio valuations.
Matrimonial Valuations
Divorce and separation are unpleasant for anyone and the division of assets is often a matter of considerable stress. We can help by providing an expert report as a Single Joint Expert compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules and acceptable for use in court proceedings.
Inheritance Tax Valuations for use in grant of probate
The role of an executor is a serious responsibility. Depending on the value of the estate, your solicitor may advise you to obtain a valuation of any property that forms part of the estate. We can provide a valuation of a property as at the date of death to be used in the process of grant of probate.
Expert Witness Valuations
Where there are allegations of professional negligence, your solicitor or insurer may ask for an Expert Witness Valuation report. We can provide Expert Witness Valuation services compliant with Civil Procedure Rules.
